Aurelle Pondok Indah
SOUTH JAKARTA, INDONESIA
Under construction in the Pondok Indah neighborhood of South Jakarta, Indonesia, the Aurelle gated town home community is a project of Pondok Indah Group, one of the nation’s most reputed property developers.
Aurelle is comprised of a total of 39 units, divided into four typologies, all 3 stories and averaging 300 sqm. The complex includes a shared pool amenity, and some units are also equipped with private pools.

Converge Tulum
TULUM, MEXICO
Converge Tulum is a visionary development project focused on longevity that redefines modern architecture through innovation and and creative mathematical algorithms. To take this vision to the next level, our team collaborated with Book of Wa, the project’s interior designer, to create a cutting-edge immersive visualization, allowing potential buyers to explore the property as if they were physically there - relaxing on a beautiful and comfortable couch, taking a refreshing swim in a private pool, or grabbing a cozy book to read at the table.

Noura Tulum Hotel
TULUM, MEXICO
Noura is a luxury hotel and spa concept in Tulum, designed to offer a serene escape where architecture and nature exist in harmony. To bring this experience to life, we developed a VR tour that allows the guests and the investors to explore the property as if they’re really there.
From the moment the guests arrive, they are welcomed by a spacious reception area, featuring a large stone fountain with a small stream of sunlight coming through, and a reception desk crafted from large blocks of natural stone, with warmth from the open flames on both sides.
Going upstairs, the spa redefines luxury, offering guests a sanctuary where they can unwind and relax. This area features a marble steam sauna, a refreshing cold plunge, and a jacuzzi, inviting visitors to indulge in the ultimate self care experience.
